Orion - hanging jewelry in the night
mountain peaks reach for his belt
a harness ties ropes between constellations
and the dark side of the Moon terminates
its grip on the paws of the Dipper
shilling the shores of water
Orange clouds, softly grazing
nebula to galaxy - smearing the face of dawn
the Sun will not know Venus’ secrets
or the path of Pegasus
for journeyed wheels the chariot plows
horizon’s jagged line
finding smooth the sea
I know not my misfortune
for like god’s chalice
my lake is half tide
filled shallow with serenity
the trills of tranquility
Know my wings the singing mouth
whose wind will carry me soundly south
a Nested prayer from stone cliff’s eye
that boasted heaven’s angels cry
Forsake the star spoke fate to live
the sea’s frost surface does not forgive

-You maybe wrong but you maybe right, it just may be a lunatic you're looking for.
-Dream as if you'll live forever.
-----Live as if you'll die tommorrow.
-Someday you'll get it right.

dark pictures, thrones, the stones that pilgrims kiss,
poems that take a thousand years to die;
but ape the immortality of this
red label on a little butterfly.
